What is your return policy?
Of course, the goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem, however, you can bet we’ll take care of you. Here’s what you can expect:
- Return unwanted merchandise within 10 calendar days from the date item(s) were shipped for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping costs.
- Return the item within 11-20 calendar days from the date the order was shipped for an online credit for the full purchase price, less shipping costs.
- Should an item arrive damaged, it will be replaced free of charge as long as you report it to us within three days of receiving the merchandise.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, or misuse.
- Some items are considered “final sale.” If you’ve purchased custom passion apparel or sale items discounted by 20% or more, they are not eligible for credit, exchange, or refund. If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
- Your refund will only be issued via the original method of payment. For example, a product purchased on a Visa card must be refunded to that same Visa card.
How should I send my return back?
We want your experience with us to be awesome, even if you didn’t get exactly what you wanted. Before you send an item back, please ensure that it meets the criteria in the ME+ID Return Policy.

Make sure the subject of your email says “ME+ID Product Return” followed by your purchase number. Then, in the body of the email, just give us a brief run-down of why you’d like to return your item. REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
As long as your package arrives at ME+ID within the 10-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). Returns that arrive within the 11-to-20-day timeline will result in an online credit within 7-10 days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction took place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ME+ID.
What if my package is refused or not delivered?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
- First Class Mail: $7 return cost.
- Priority Shipping: $10 return cost.
- If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.

What is the status of my order?
Chomping at the bit to get your goodies? You can easily check on the status of your order with the My Account link at the top of the page. Just sign in to your account to view your order status and history.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Let’s say you hit “send” and then realized you used the wrong credit card or ordered a size that won’t fit. Make changes to your order, by calling 561-637-6343 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to modify the contents of or cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
How do I know if my order was placed?
Having a ME+ID account means you can peek in to make sure the gears are in motion on your new order.
